​Southern Charm Weather Refund Update,

Refunds for weather-related cancellations from Southern Charm last weekend were issued yesterday through Meet Maker. Refunds were processed at 50% of the entry fee for the sessions that were cancelled.

If your coaches were onsite at the meet, leotards for gymnasts in the cancelled sessions should have already been distributed. For gyms that were not in attendance at the meet, leotards were mailed yesterday. Awards for Session 5 were also mailed yesterday.

We truly hate that we had to cancel a portion of the meet, but athlete safety is always our top priority. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to see you all back at Southern Charm next year!
